Martin Anisman, 5 Stars "I have booked two trips to Scotland with Old Sod Travel, one in 2019 and one this month, August of 2022. For both trips I dealt with Julie Cole. She is excellent to deal with, and a thorough professional. In each case, she asked what I wanted to do, and then worked diligently to make it happen. For example, on my recent trip I wanted to visit the Ring Of Brodgar, and the Standing Stones of Stenness on Orkney at sunset. Julie worked for several days to find me a taxi driver to take me to them, and wait for me. It was well worth it for me, as it turned out to be an excellent sunset at the very end of the wait. Julie managed to fill all my requests for each trip, or make alternative suggestions, and I cannot praise her enough. She also put me in the best hotels available, and made sure that my travel arrangements were fulfilled. I never had to wonder if I would make it to my hotel, or if a tour guide would be waiting for me. I have no hesitancy in highly recommending Old Sod Travel, and most particularly Julie Cole." Rick Skelley, 5 Stars 8 of us came to Ireland for a golf trip. We have all been to Ireland and Scotland several times in the past, but this trip topped them all. Our driver Paddy Maguire was a pleasure. We had very few plans other than golf and his flexibility with our group was awesome. Happy man with a lot of great options for food, nightlife and historical parts of Ireland. The Irish are a treasure and make you feel at home. Paddy, Tanya and their team helped enhance our trip. As for golf, Ken helped pick the courses. Old Head, Hogs Head, Tralee and Ballybunion are as good as it gets. A challenge for sure but amazing views that may top any place in the world. Dooks and Dingle were traditionally links courses and a ton of fun to play as well. I can't say enough about everyone at Old Sod and all the help along the way making this a great vacation. From horseback riding in Dingle to drinking in Galway and exploring the Skelligs, the whole trip was amazing. We stayed in the best accommodations, including at least two castles.
