32 Today, "going to work" means something much different than it did in 2019. The pandemic made working from home a necessity for many, but even as some businesses continue to implement a return to work in this post-pandemic climate, working from home (WFH) continues to rise in popularity. Many businesses have realized that people can be equally or even more productive in a remote environment and have downsized their office space by opting for a "hub and spoke model." Remote work options help employers provide employees with a better work-life balance, reducing commute times and costs and allowing them more time to be productive while staying close to home. While WFH has become widely accepted as the 'new normal,' some professionals just cannot make it work for themselves, for a variety of reasons. While for some, a home office setup has allowed for an easy transition to a remote work environment, for others the transition has been tough. Whether family members, pets or other distractions in your household are keeping you from being productive, or a traditional office setting is simply where you shine, you may need a quiet, comfortable space outside of the home and Workspace has a solution to eliminate your struggles. With five locations across the South Shore, Workspace provides suburban professionals an alternative space to be productive. Each location offers a mix of coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual office support. More than a just a physical space, Workspace is a community made up of dynamic entrepreneurs and professionals who strive for success, engage in meaningful contributions to the local economy and oftentimes collaborate with each other to achieve their goals. "Our members come from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life," says Workspace owner, Justin Moran. "Because we are located in the suburbs, we are committed to attracting a wide and diverse group of patrons. We cater to anyone who requires a clean, quiet, comfortable, and safe space to remain productive. The best part of our community is its diversity!" Workspace caters to anyone who needs an alternative place to work or study, including solo entrepreneurs, financial professionals, attorneys, senior management of large corporations, small business owners, students, small startup teams and other remote employees. Whether you need a dedicated office long- term, occasional meeting room reservations, a shared space for coworking or just an office for the day, Workspace offers a variety of flexible options. Virtual office subscriptions are also available, providing small businesses with a professional address.
