Steeped in history and rich with pride, The Beth
opened its doors in June of 2022 and promises
to breathe new life into the coveted waterfront
restaurant scene in the town of Hingham.
Since the 1950's the O'Connor family has been working to bring
the "cornerstone of Irish culture" to Boston and surrounding
neighborhoods. Three generations on a dozen locations can be found
throughout Boston and beyond, from quintessential Irish pubs to
upscale dining concepts in the Seaport. In the Boston area, locations
include City Table at the historic Lenox Hotel, Glass House (across
the river in Cambridge) and Gather in the revitalized Seaport. You will
also find options that extend all the way down to Foxboro's Patriot
Place (yay, sports!) with Six String Grill & Stage. Unequivocally, the
Briar Group has a finger on the pulse of all things food and fun with
the most recent endeavor into the hometown of Hingham especially
exciting.
