27 TheSouthShoreMagazine.com legacy, as well as honoring the legacies of the families they have served for generations. A true people person, Linda loves collaborating with clients and helping create their dream designs. "It brings me more joy than I can explain," she remarks. Linda and her team take the time to really connect with people and infuse meaning into each piece, be it a new purchase or a family heirloom they want to have refreshed. They know that jewelry purchasing and remastering are very personal experiences that usually represent significant life milestones, so they work closely with clients to grasp the meaning behind each purchase, elevating the experience and often turning would-be one-time shoppers into lifelong customers and friends. Linda's compassion, dedication and expertise inspire her team who are like-minded and committed to guest satisfaction. "I couldn't do this without Craig and my sales team and their enthusiasm," says Linda. "They are my co-workers, yes, but they are also my friends, my family." And that is what makes Sahagian's so special. "Even if you have the best offerings, without integrity and a warm and inviting staff, you don't really have anything at all," she explains. Linda and her family have been there for countless families throughout the South Shore community for more than 40 years. Together, they have celebrated, paid tribute and encapsulated cherished memories to be treasured for generations to come. Need some inspiration?
