8 local nuances affect the day-to-day and cannot be discounted. Beyond knowing and understanding the territory, the staff at SSS has more than 50 combined years of experience in the industry, making them uniquely qualified to better serve the South Shore marketplace. THE SOUTH SHORE DIFFERENCE The team at SSS works together, taking the time to truly grasp each client's business and develop a richer understanding of the type of candidate that will not only satisfy the specific requirements of the role, but also fit within the unique work environment of that organization. That is the level of boutique service that sets the firm apart. SSS recruiters cross reference all candidates and openings, sharing information with each other and increasing the overall rate of success. They work quickly to familiarize themselves with candidates as soon as new resumes are received and are better poised to identify potential matches. SSS provides a personal touch that you will not get with larger firms. They build relationships with their clients and understand the climate within the workspace, providing candidates who possess the skills, personality and charisma that make them a perfect match for your team. She has a network of invaluable connections at her fingertips and is an expert at building personal relationships, making her a skilled matchmaker. She credits much of her success to the knowledge and prowess of her past mentors. "I always had great teachers and learned from the best," explains Lisa. "That's how I got to be good at what I do -- which made me love what I do." Lisa and her team love helping people, and you really get that sense from the moment you walk into their quaint office, where you instantly feel at home and at ease. There is an obvious sense of teamwork and collaboration, which helps them effectively build and foster the meaningful relationships that result in those perfect matches. "There's nothing like calling someone to tell them they got the job," remarks Staffing Specialist Nicole Magnussen. "We stay in
