in learning trade skills, the Center is set to open in Hanover, in January of 2026. Check out the article to learn more about how you can support this awesome program. Our friends at Road to Responsibility (RTR) continue their mission of "making lives better" by supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Wrapping up our Great Tastes section, Erik Daigle and his staff at Bluefish River Tavern in Duxbury have created a must- go atmosphere and menu to match. Stop by and see what all the positive buzz is about! After 25 years publishing South Shore Magazine, I am honored that businesses and organizations here in our region continue to see the value in a publication model like ours. A HUGE thanks to our clients and to our amazing staff, who write, photograph and design each issue with integrity and talent. Be sure to shop and support local businesses and organizations this summer (rain or shine), and, as always, let the businesses you read about here know, "I saw you in South Shore Magazine!" www.TheSouthShoreMagazine.com CHECK IT OUT! See past issues and much more. 2 As I sit here "penning" the publisher letter for this season, I am reminded of a song from 1983 by The Eurythmics/ Annie Lennox: Here Comes the Rain Again. The last 16 weekends have had at least one day of rain. Please remember all the local businesses along the waterfront that rely on summer foot traffic. Even if it isn't "beach weather," stop in, do a little shopping, grab some lunch or a cocktail and support our local small businesses! Have you been looking for a change in your dining routine? Looking for that WOW factor? Well, if you haven't been to Masons Steakhouse in Quincy Center, then make dinner plans now or check out their weekend brunch! Masons is amazing in every aspect – from food and dessert options to wine and cocktails. The attention to detail with design and decor, menu and ingredients, and the overall guest experience is like nothing you have experienced here on the South Shore! In our House and Home section, Jack Conway Realtors explain the importance of using the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to gain the maximum exposure in listing and selling your home/property. In Our Community, we highlight two important non-profit organizations. After many years of hard work, Dharma Dreams Vocational Center is now accepting applications for its first session.
