A Sampling of the Menu Watermelon Salad Cubes of watermelon infused with Mediterranean dressing, Greek feta cheese, pickled onions, mint and almonds. Crochette di Granchio Maryland-Style Pan fried crab cakes made fresh daily with minimal filler, just enough to hold together the crab cakes. Served with red pepper coulis, and a light lemon-curry and caper sauce. Grilled Lamb Chops "Scotta Dito" This traditional Roman dish is infused with rosemary, garlic, and red wine, baked simolina gnocchi and fried artichoke hearts.
