Loring pipes up, "What do you think of that view, JM? I could sit here all day." I couldn't agree more with the former Chairman of the Plymouth Planning Board and construction company owner. Loring has put blood, sweat, and tears, (literally) into his restaurant; he can be found bartending, cooking and repairing all in a day's work. A true renaissance man, former owner of "The Wine Cellar and Dessert Bar" in the Manomet area of Plymouth, he crafted "The Office" with a similar laid back, live music, no television style. A TV has been recently added and will play certain events, but is not the focus of his establishment. He prefers the open conversation between family and friends. I encourage visiting and asking for Loring, he'll be sure to meet you and provide a memorable experience. A perfect first date night out or for a seasoned couple looking for a new hot spot, The Office has it all and has only been open since mid-March of this year. Live music and an extensive food and booze menu will keep the foodie and fine drinker satisfied. Loring put his construction background to good use in creating this establishment as nowhere else in Plymouth compares. Easy access from Route 3, simply take Exit 6 towards downtown Plymouth, through one set of lights, take a right at the water and The Office Bistro is on your right, below Isaac's Restaurant. Parking is easy with over one hundred free spaces in the rear of the complex plus meter parking on the waterfront itself. The Office Bistro can be found at 114 Water Street and by phone at 508-746-9100. What an amazing experience here on the waterfront in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts. This is truly a hidden gem here on the south shore, only opening this past springtime. The Plymouth area has truly exploded with new restaurants over the past two years and this location is at the heart of the action. The Office Bistro food and drink selection is sure to impress, the live music will keep you glued to your bar chair. In this case, staying at The Office for a few extra hours after work is encouraged, and working on a Saturday is a bonus. Reservations are encouraged on Friday and Saturday nights. Call or email theofficebistro2013@ verizon.net or visit them on Facebook! "Office Bistro Plymouth" is open Monday - Sunday from 11am-1am.
