Nix's Plymouth opened this past April on the waterfront in Plymouth and with the grand opening a breath of fresh air swept into Plymouth harbor. Located at 6 Town Wharf, Nix's has introduced a much-welcomed level of culinary sophistication and the ambiance to match the menu. Top shelf cocktails, a wide range of beers on tap, delicious New England fare with a modern twist and live entertainment set Nix's apart. Once you try it, you'll keep coming back. Whether you are planning a dinner date, family night out, function or looking for a place to catch a game or some live music over cocktails and appetizers, Nix's is where you want to be. With absolutely breathtaking views of historic Plymouth Harbor from both the front and back patios and a beautifully designed interior space, you'll be dining in comfort while enjoying some of the best views in the area. It won't just be the fabulous food that keeps you coming back—Nix's is the South Shore's hub for entertainment and there's never a dull moment here. Every Thursday through Monday, Nix's features live music which begins with acoustics from 4-7pm, then resumes in the back bar from 7-10pm and finally finishes out the night from 10-12pm with live bands on the back patio. There is also a large projection screen on the back patio, which makes this an ideal venue for watching live sporting events. If you aren't into hanging outside or you need a break from the sun, well then you can simply step indoors to one of the two bars and catch the game of your choice on one of over 17 flat screen, state-of-the-art televisions! Last but not least, you simply can't beat the service at Nix's. Customer service can be so undervalued these days—but not here. Nix's has really stepped up to the plate in terms of putting the clientele first and making The cuisine at Nix's is a fresh take on American cuisine with seasonal and local New England influences. With most entrees priced comfortably between $7.00 and $20.00 dollars you really can't find more bang for your buck. Executive Chef Jesse Kishbach and General Manager Kristina McSharry have worked very carefully with the management to design a menu that features a delightful and diverse selection. Everything is made on the premises and the restaurant even has a smoker to really give the all-American favorites such as Memphis Ribs and Smoked Jerk Wings an extra punch of fresh, yet traditional flavor. In addition, for those of you who can't get enough barbeque in the summertime (or ever!), it's notable to mention that ALL barbequed items are not only smoked in house but are accompanied by mashed potatoes, baked beans, collard greens and corn bread. It doesn't get much better than that! 79
