What is Adult Day Health Care?
The primary objectives of the Adult Day Health program are to:
• Restore or maintain optimal capacity for self-care to frail elderly
persons or adults with disabilities
• Delay or prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable
institutionalization
• Stresses partnership with the participant, the family, the physician,
and the community in working towards maintaining personal
independence
What Makes Us Different?
The CareWell Adult Day Wellness Center is a community based
organization that provides care to adults with varying health care
needs. CareWell Adult Day Wellness Center collaborates with
local community health organizations, in an effort to provide the
best health care services available. It is our goal to preserve the
wellness of our participants and their families, by providing these
comprehensive services. Once you meet our team of health care
professionals, you will have peace of mind, knowing that your
loved one is safe and is receiving compassionate healthcare in a
stimulating, pleasant environment.

CareWell Adult Day Wellness Center's mission
is to provide a program of health, social,
recreational activities and services to adults
who require medical care or supervision
during the day in a group setting that:
• Provides health and social services in a stimulating environment
that promotes better physical and mental health.
• Provides respite to families and other caregivers who have
responsibilities for an older adult who cannot be left alone during
the day and yet does not require 24-hour nursing care.
