The newest owner of the familiar stand at 259 Park Avenue in South Weymouth, just a stone's throw away from both the Derby Street Shoppes and South Shore Hospital, has given this concept her own unique twist. If you prefer fish, try the mahi-mahi taco, layered with napa cabbage slaw, cilantro, mango, and key lime sriracha crema in a soft taco shell. Other special menu items this summer include the fried shrimp tacos, served similar to the mahi-mahi tacos, Korean beef burritos, vegetarian spring rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce, chicken salad wraps, and fish cakes with baked beans and red pepper aioli.
