New owners and South Shore residents Harold and Denise Paine, are excited to provide diners on the South Shore with exceptional food while bolstering ties to the local communities. Bridgeman's Restaurant has won numerous awards over the years for its food and atmosphere, a reputation upon which Harold Paine expects to only improve. "We love that Bridgeman's has consistently been a top-rated favorite amongst diners", says Harold Paine, "and our plan is to enhance offerings so that we provide what diners want which is fantastic food in an approachable, enthusiastic atmosphere. We are blessed to have a great and talented staff, and they are super excited to demonstrate their skills." Paine noted that customer favorites include the porchini encrusted haddock with lobster mashed potatoes, veal marsala, and Italian "nachos" which is a uniquely delicious appetizer of eggplant compote, peppers, asiago fondue, and plum tomato basil relish on a bed of fried pasta "chips".
