"We're always here for the customers, whatever the demands are, so that we can continue to keep everyone happy. We really feel that, going forward, the sky's the limit." She is right. With an ever-changing society that is becoming one of a more health-conscious mind, George, Jenna and Elissa all work as a team to ensure that their customers are only going to get a fresh product. Due to the fact that the entire family is so driven to keep their customers happy, you can rest assured that they are always going to keep up with the most current trends and fads, whether it is new varieties of cupcakes or pies or gluten-free products. After speaking with all three members of the Montilio family, it is easy to see why they continue to enjoy such great success. They all see the business as being part of the family. That is why they also treat their customers just like family which, in this case, is a good thing! Working together as a close family could become difficult but, for George, Jenna and Elissa, they all enjoy being part of the history that is rich in tradition. It has been such a large part of their life for so many years, that they find motivation in each other through both good times and bad. Being such a large part of a successful company means that you are always on call, whenever anything comes up in any of the locations. Yet, it is because of that unwavering loyalty and commitment to success that you know that you are always going to get the best that Montilio's has to offer. "We never say no to a customer," says Jenna. "We will always find a way to make it work. The business is our family and, we take a lot of pride in our involvement." Elissa adds that "if Dad can see it, then we can make it. It is always so much fun to be a part of the entire process, especially working with customers on their wedding cakes. I feel as if I am actually part of the wedding. Customers actually invite me to their big day, which means so much on so many levels."
