"We want people to feel comfortable here," says Ron. "We
have couples in for special evenings, and groups of friends
coming in to relax and enjoy each other's company. Some guests
share a series of small plates for their dinner. Others order an
appetizer, pasta, main course and dessert. We portion our food
so that you could conceivably have at least a three course meal,
and be able to finish it all." No matter what the customer
decides to do, the most important thing to the owners of The
Quarry is that the customer feels cared for and welcomed.
