The team chose small-batch aging in heavily charred American Oak barrels. The process that Mountain Valley utilizes is hand selecting 5-10 year old whiskeys barrel by barrel and blending them by hand. To learn more check out www.dukespirits. com. If you are a fan of "brown" check out the recently completed whiskey wall/corner at Marsh's. Stephen has assembled a very impressive selection of whiskeys, scotches, bourbons and ryes to satisfy the most discerning pallet. As always, if you have any questions while shopping at Marsh's their knowledgeable staff is there to help.
